Therapeutic Massage: A customizable combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point modalities to help release tension and improve range of motion. Aromatherapy and Hot Towels are included. We offer 60, 75, and 90 minute sessions.
Offered as an individual session and as Membership options for regular therapy and self care. Our most popular Membership option is the Monthly Reset membership. It’s one 60 minute Therapeutic Massage a month. Best for: Managing general stress and maintaining mobility. $90/ month
Total Body Reset: A 75 minute Therapeutic Massage with cupping therapy and 15 min added Assisted Stretching. Total appointment time is 90 minutes. This service combines multiple healing modalities to target chronic pain, inflammation, and muscle tightness while soothing the mind and body.
Offered as an individual session and as a program for more immediate and lasting results.
